Shipping

We do not deliver to countries, entities, or individuals subject to restrictions imposed by regulatory bodies to which Trusted Objects is subject.

Trusted Objects may unilaterally decide to expand this list.

In such cases, the order may be unilaterally canceled by Trusted Objects.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.

Trusted Objects unilaterally determines the delivery terms applicable to each order. The customer will choose from the options provided.

Orders are processed within 5 full business days (France).

After processing, orders are shipped according to the time required to prepare the items: between 1 and 3 days for intangible products, and between 3 days and 4 weeks for tangible products.

Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

A tracking number will be provided to the customer when the order is shipped.

Products and services purchased or received under our general terms and conditions of sale are subject to applicable import and export laws and regulations.

Ownership of the products and the risk of loss or damage during transport transfer from Trusted Objects to the customer when the products are handed over to the carrier, or when services are provided to the customer.

Trusted Objects does not offer delayed shipping at the customer's request ("Bill and Hold").

Claims related to non-receipt, damaged items upon arrival, shortages, insufficient quantity, or product errors must be made within fourteen (14) days of the "item shipped" notification.

Customs

Deliveries within the European Union are exempt from customs duties.

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges, duties, taxes, and other customs fees required for clearance by the carrier.

We have no control over these charges, which vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase.

We comply with international regulations and therefore cannot declare a lower value than the actual value or mark shipments as “gift”.

VAT

French customers will be charged VAT.

Customers within the European Union (excluding France) must pay VAT in their own country.

They will therefore not be charged VAT, provided they supply a valid intra-community VAT number. If the VAT number is invalid, the customer will be charged VAT with no possibility of reimbursement.

Customers outside the European Union are not subject to VAT.

Returns

The return policy below applies equally to all products, whether under warranty or not.

For any return of merchandise (refund, repair, etc.), the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The customer must request this RMA number through the support contact.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs and assumes the risk of loss or theft of returned products.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A returned product is considered abandoned after 30 days without response to communications from Trusted Objects support.
